Agreeing to these terms
These terms apply when you use BLAKEAS AI at blakeasai.com ("BLAKEAS", "we", "us"). BLAKEAS is run by Max Vines, doing business as Blakeas AI, in Alabama, United States. By creating an account or using BLAKEAS, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What BLAKEAS does
BLAKEAS is a personal AI assistant. It can read your connected email and calendar, summarize messages, draft replies, suggest plans for your day, keep track of tasks and propose calendar events.
Your account
- Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep your sign-in details safe.
- You're responsible for what happens in your account.
- Only connect email and calendar accounts that you own or are allowed to use.
You stay in control
BLAKEAS asks before it acts. It will not send email, invite people, cancel or reschedule anything without your approval after showing you the full details. You decide what to approve, and you're responsible for actions you approve.
AI can make mistakes
Summaries, plans, priorities and drafts are generated by AI and may be incomplete or wrong. Check anything important — dates, times, amounts, people — before you rely on it or approve an action. BLAKEAS isn't a substitute for professional legal, medical or financial advice.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- use BLAKEAS for anything illegal, harmful or abusive;
- try to access other people's accounts or data;
- disrupt, overload or try to break the service or its security;
- use BLAKEAS to send spam or misleading messages.
Your content
Your tasks, messages and connected data stay yours. You allow us to process them only to provide BLAKEAS to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Other services
When you connect Google services, your use of them is also covered by Google's own terms. We aren't responsible for services we don't run.
Changes and availability
We're improving BLAKEAS all the time, so features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. We may update these terms; if we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we'll let you know in the app.
Ending your use
You can stop using BLAKEAS and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
No warranty and limits on liability
BLAKEAS is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we don't promise the service will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as missed deadlines or appointments, that come from using it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama and the federal laws of the United States that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
